Raymond Keller

Ray Keller. Licensed Associate RE Broker

Manhattan.

Ray owns his home on the corner of iconic Gay Street in the West Village historic district. Two side-by-side 1830s Greek Revival Townhomes connect via a shared stairwell to form the unique condominium building in which Ray lives. If he doesn’t answer his phone, he is likely taking a class down the block at the Joffrey Ballet School or at one of the many other professional dance studios throughout New York City.

Shannon Kausch. Licensed RE Salesperson

Brooklyn.

Shannon lived it large for years in trendy East Williamsburg. With two cats and a dare-devil fiance, she needs all the space she can get. Shannon loves the mix of millennial pioneers and historical residents that give Williamsburg its vibrancy, as this authentically New York neighborhood struggles with all of its identities. UPDATE: Ask Shannon about real estate in New Jersey.

‘Red’ Rachel Richards

Red Richards. Licensed RE Salesperson

Upper Manhattan.

Red sat on the board of her HDFC co-op, located a block from Marcus Garvey Park in Central Harlem. Since the day Red received the keys at the closing table, years before she began her career in real estate, home ownership has been a source of both pride and financial stability for her. Kira’s diverse ties to the city run deep, from an upbringing in the West Village, Tribeca and Battery Park City, to college years at Parsons School of Design, to her education at the Beacon School on the Upper West Side and resulting expertise with the NYC school system, to owning her coop home in the East Village.
